Tri-Fusion Fitness offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs with your unlimited monthly membership!

Hip Hop Class

ZUMBA

Monday 9am

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba Class

ZUMBA LITE

Tuesday and Thursday 9am

ZUMBA Lite is just like a normal class but at a slower-pace without jumping and minimal spinning. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. 
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Aerobics Class

TABATA

Monday 6pm

Join us for TABATA and exercise your way to a healthy body with incredible endurance. TABATA is a unique form of cardiovascular exercise that delivers more healthy benefits than virtually all traditional physical exercises. Tabata training will raise your metabolism and heart rate in no time!

Gym Class

CORE AND MORE

Wednesday 9am

Join us for a workout that targets more than just the core! You will get a head to toe workout with minimal cardio and an emphasis on strength training using hand or body weight.

Join us for YOGA and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. YOGA techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Thursday 7pm

We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.

Wednesday 6pm

Join us for a FUN dance class that aids in digestion, increases balance, increases circulation and helps relieve stress. Get in touch with your inner dancer!
